REPAK® BTM

REPAK® BTM is a thermoformable bottom film with incorporated reclose functions. While the lidding film is easily peeled from the package by means of a pulling tab, an integrated adhesive layer in the bottom film is exposed. The bottom web is composed of a polyester carrier layer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a sealing layer with an integrated migration barrier. Thickness can be between 300 and 500 μm.
