What do you do in Wipak?

I joined WIPAK at the end of 2017, and I am responsible for overall quality management. In addition to quality management, I am currently responsible for product compliance and registration, and new project management

At work, I often think – what solutions can we offer our customers? We need to think about this at the beginning of each project. What level of quality are we offering to our customers? How do we go about continuously improving our quality performance? What are the requirements for product compliance? How do we ensure that our products are compliant?

What is it like to work at Wipak?

I feel our company can give space for self-fulfillment, diversity, and respect.

What are your thoughts on Wipak valuing sustainability?

Before answering this question. We can look at what is one of the hottest topics in the world – Sustainability and reducing carbon emissions. WIPAK’s focus on sustainable development just fits in with the world trend. I think this is the best direction.

What is something unique about you that not many people know? Do you have a passion, hobby, or a new skill you’d like to share?

In mid-2020, I received my PBA-PMP (Professional of Business Analysis) certification. I obtained my Auditor of Carbon Emission and Master of Carbon Management certifications in 2021. I think constant learning is the only way to adapt to this UVCA world. On the weekends, I often take my 6-year-old son out for hiking, cycling, countryside trips, or lake trips – those are my happy times.
