As a company that boasts extensive knowledge of the development and manufacture of premium-quality packaging films, Wipak was proud to present to delegates at Pactec in Helsinki this week – one of the Baltic region’s largest events for the food packaging industry.

Hanna Bister, R&D Projects Engineer at Wipak, delivered the presentation on ‘Sustainability – Trends in Packaging’, and explored ways in which the carbon footprint of product packaging can be reduced. She also discussed material efficiency and film down-gauging, and highlighted several of Wipak’s own sustainable innovations.
